In-4, cartonnage de l'éditeur percaline marron, encadrements à froid et décor central doré (à froid sur le second plat), non rogné, XII, 139 p., carte de Java, titre-frontispice, 20 figures hors texte, le tout lithographié en deux ou trois tons (2 figures rehaussées à l'aquarelle).
Ex-libris Gerald Walter Erskine Loder. Manque deux figures : " Pinang, from Richmond Hill " et " The Entrance to Boro-Bodor Temple ". Qqs rares rousseurs, une déchirure (sans manque) réparée à une figure, cartonnage usagé, particulièrement les coins.
